WHAT YOU’LL BRING: • Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes. • Strong attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results. • Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies. • Strong skills in process mapping, event driven architecture and understanding complex system integrations. • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
