This is a remote position. ABOUT THE COMPANYThey are a performance marketing agency headquartered in Toronto, Canada. They help 150+ residential roofing and HVAC contractors across the United States and Canada generate qualified homeowner leads, and they run the entire funnel: Meta ads under the client's brand, landing pages and automations in GoHighLevel, and an internal call team that calls every lead within minutes and books appointments directly onto the client's sales calendar. One proven system, installed for over 100 companies. They have grown from under 10 people to 50+ in under two years, and they build like it: SOPs and recorded walkthroughs for everything, weekly account reviews, and in-house AI tooling that keeps getting better. New team members are not left guessing what good looks like. ABOUT THE ROLEYou will own a book of client ad accounts end to end, and you are going to be responsible for delivering their results. The scoreboard is cost per booked appointment. In your book you are the shot caller and the executor: you read the data, decide the action steps, and execute them yourself, with a Media Buying Manager backing you up on direction and the hardest calls. You start with a smaller book and grow toward 30 to 50 accounts; the better you run them, the more accounts and the better accounts you earn.
