Help Businesses Become the Most Trusted Voice in Their Market Certified Endless Customers Coach · Independent Contractor · Remote (North America) with Travel At IMPACT, we believe buyers have changed forever and most businesses haven't caught up. Our mission is to help 1,000 businesses achieve Endless Customers success: becoming so open, so honest, and so helpful that they become the most trusted voice in their market, and the obvious choice for their customers. Our coaches are how that happens. Is this you? • Have you coached or trained business leaders and their teams, and watched them succeed because of it? • Have you ever built a book of clients on your own, through your network, your reputation, and your refusal to wait for someone to hand you a lead? • When you believe something will genuinely help a business, do you enjoy selling it, including the conversation about money? • Are you at your best in front of people: one-on-one, in a workshop, on a stage, on a podcast? • Can you tell a CEO a hard truth they don't want to hear, because they need to hear it? • Do you measure your own success by whether clients stay, grow, and get results they can see, not just by whether the calls felt good? • Are you comfortable taking an independent stand and running a practice without anyone checking your work? • Are you disciplined enough to follow a proven process exactly, and humble enough to keep sharpening your craft alongside other coaches? • Do you do the right thing when nobody is watching, even when it costs you? • Do you want to build something over years, a real book of business, not just fill this quarter's calendar? If you answered "yes" to these questions, you are who we built this for. What You Will Be Doing (Among Other Things...) • Becoming a Certified Endless Customers Coach through a structured certification program • Guiding leadership teams through the Endless Customers System: alignment days, quarterly planning sessions, and ongoing coaching calls • Coaching companies who are committed to becoming the most trusted name in their market, and holding them accountable to it • Engaging in sales conversations with prospective clients and leveraging your own network, because coaches here build their own book • Building your visibility: podcast appearances, webinars, client success stories, speaking engagements, and showing up in the rooms where your future clients already gather • Traveling across North America for alignment days, client visits, and our live events, typically once or twice a month • Spotting what your clients need next and bringing in our specialist teams for website, HubSpot, paid media, and training work, so you never have to say "I don't do that" • Focusing on coaching and growing your book, because IMPACT provides the brand, the sales system, the tools, the billing, and the back office so you can concentrate on your clients The honest economics, because that's who we are. Your first year is a build. Full ramp realistically takes 12 to 18 months, and a monthly draw is available so the build is survivable. Earning potential is very high for coaches who source and service their own clients: you earn on what you deliver, on what you source, and an ongoing share of every account you own, for as long as you own it. We walk every serious candidate through the entire model, real numbers, nothing withheld. Our Values Drive Everything We Do 💡 Be Proactive. We see what's coming before it arrives and we act on it. We answer the question before it's asked, raise the issue before it becomes the problem, and bring the opportunity to the client before they knew it existed. Waiting to be told is not in the job description, here or anywhere at IMPACT. 📊 Be Accountable. Everything we do is measured, including us. Our coaches know their numbers, own their outcomes, and never hide behind effort when the scoreboard says otherwise. We do what we say we'll do, we document it, and when something misses, we say so first. ❤️ Be Caring. The hard truth, said kindly, is the most caring thing a coach can offer. We care about our clients' businesses like they're our own, we celebrate their wins loudly, and we never let a client feel like a line item. That goes for how we treat each other too. 🤝 Be Team-Oriented. No egos. You'll run your own practice, but you'll never be alone in it: our coaches share what's working, sharpen each other's craft, and hand a client to a teammate the moment that's what's best for the client. The community is not a perk of this role. It's how the whole thing works. Ready to build something that's yours? The application takes about two minutes. Then a short video introduction on your own time, a real conversation, and if we're both still excited, you'll show us your work: real recordings of you coaching, selling, and speaking. A structured interview, references, a decision, and certification before your first client. We move fast for strong candidates and we tell you where you stand at every step. If you're passionate about guiding leaders, telling the truth, and building a practice with real equity in it, we'd love to hear from you. Benefits Compensation Model Our Certified Coaches have multiple ways to earn. You'll receive compensation for delivering client services, with additional opportunities to earn by bringing new business to IMPACT and by owning long-term client relationships. This model rewards both client success and business growth, allowing high performers to increase their earnings over time. While earnings vary based on performance, a successful provider who is fully ramped, maintains a healthy client portfolio, and participates in business development should expect to earn approximately $200,000–$300,000+ annually.
