You won't spend your day sorting through cold leads or dead-end replies. Every lead that reaches your inbox has already raised their hand — an AI layer clears out the noise before it gets to you. Your job is what happens next: pick up the phone fast, sound human, and get it on the calendar. About the Role We're a fast-growing B2B outbound agency running email campaigns for a portfolio of active clients. When a lead replies with interest, you're the one who turns that reply into a booked meeting — by phone first, by email when a call isn't possible. What You'll Do • Work a pre-qualified inbox — 95%+ of what lands here is a real, warm lead • Call qualified leads within 10 minutes of their reply landing — no cold calling, ever • Keep it simple and human on the call: no pitching, no scripts read word-for-word • Send a brief, natural email reply when a call isn't the right first move • Book the meeting and hand off a clean lead summary the moment it's confirmed • Use AI-suggested replies as a starting point, then make the call on tone and category yourself What You'll Bring • Real experience setting appointments or managing a reply inbox for a US-facing audience • Excellent written English that reads like a person, not a template • You pick up the phone without hesitating, and you're ready to work most conversations by voice • You're comfortable with a genuinely flexible night shift, and you've thought about what that means for your schedule before applying • You don't need someone checking in on you constantly — you figure things out and flag what you can't Nice to Have • Hands-on, regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your day-to-day work What's In It For You • 100% remote, work-from-home setup • Direct, founder-led environment — fast decisions, no layers of bureaucracy • Your day is centered on genuinely warm leads, not volume-grinding through noise Ready to Apply? If you're someone who moves fast, sounds like a real person on the phone, and doesn't need hand-holding, we'd like to hear from you. Originally posted on Himalayas
