Summary We’re looking for an AI Business Architect, Sales Operations to lead the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales strategy, business process, data, and technology, translating operational challenges into scalable AI and automation solutions. Adoption & Enterprise Scale • Drive adoption of AI across Sales Operations and embed AI into everyday workflows. • Build AI capabilities within business teams through practical, hands-on enablement. • Develop repeatable architecture and governance patterns that allow successful solutions to scale across the enterprise. • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and executive leadership on AI opportunities and technology decisions.
