The role requires full-time availability during Australian (Sydney) working hours. Why this role? You’ll work with eCommerce brands where email and retention genuinely matter to growth, while taking ownership of the client relationship rather than simply coordinating tasks. If you’re an Account Manager who enjoys being the person clients trust, understands the commercial side of eCommerce, and gets excited about email and retention, we’d love to hear from you.
