Why Keyrus, Why Now! Keyrus is an international group of 3,000 experts across 30 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have helped organizations build the data foundations that power intelligent systems. Today, we go further by designing and operationalizing intelligence that delivers measurable business value. As AI becomes more integrated into business operations, organizations need clear accountability, responsible decision-making, effective risk management, and reliable human oversight. At Keyrus, you'll help organizations turn Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements into practical governance systems that support innovation while maintaining transparency, security, and human control. Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two. What you'll architect As an AI Governance Lead, you will design and implement governance frameworks that help organizations develop, deploy, and operate AI systems responsibly. You'll translate business requirements, regulatory expectations, and Responsible AI principles into practical processes, controls, risk assessments, and accountability structures. Your focus will be on ensuring that AI governance works in real environments, not only in documentation. You'll collaborate with clients, engineering teams, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Security specialists to establish effective governance throughout the AI lifecycle. Your responsibilities • Design and implement AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, defining responsibilities, decision-making processes, accountability, and escalation procedures. • Establish AI risk assessment and classification processes to evaluate AI applications based on their business context, impact, and potential risks. • Translate applicable regulations, Responsible AI principles, and organizational policies into practical governance controls and documentation requirements. • Define governance checkpoints throughout the AI lifecycle, including testing, approvals, deployment readiness, monitoring, and periodic reviews. • Establish human oversight mechanisms that clarify when AI decisions require human validation, intervention, or escalation. • Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Security specialists to implement governance requirements and evaluate their effectiveness. • Develop reusable governance documentation, assessment methods, control frameworks, and best practices while advising clients on AI governance maturity and improvement opportunities. Who you are You are an experienced governance professional who understands how to balance AI innovation with responsible risk management and regulatory requirements. You know how to transform policies and principles into practical governance processes that organizations can implement and maintain.
