What are we building? Hard Rock Digital is a fiercely focused team working to become the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We're building a deeply curious team with a passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We're customer-obsessed — we care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight, and strive to ensure we're always acting authentically. Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us? What’s the position? Reporting to the Casino Promotions Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the Promo & CRM team, working within one of our promo pods — learning the ropes of Hard Rock Digital’s online casino operation from the ground up. Working alongside product, marketing, commercial, operations, data, and regulatory teams, you’ll help build and manage the promotions and offers that keep our players engaged and coming back for more, all within our team and jurisdictional budgets. This is a foundational role for someone who is eager to build expertise, ask great questions, and grow fast in a high-energy, player-first environment. Responsibilities for this role include: Promo Operations & Offer Design • Help design, build, and configure player bonuses, offers, and onsite banners with guidance, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless player experience. • Support your promo pod in planning and launching promotions, from offer mechanics and eligibility rules through to go-live. • Maintain organized documentation of completed work, ensuring all promotion and campaign records are accurate and up to date. • Follow established SOPs for offer builds and segment uploads, raising questions rather than guessing when something is unclear. Offer Targeting & CRM Execution • Build audiences and segments for offers, helping match the right offer to the right players. • Execute day-to-day CRM setup that supports promotions, including audience builds, QA, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS channels. • Review and validate offer terms, copy, and creative for accuracy, quality, and compliance before launch. • Ensure all offers and supporting communications go live accurately and on time to meet established deadlines. Budget & Performance • Track daily and weekly promotional spend and pacing against team and jurisdictional budgets, flagging anomalies to your manager. • Help analyze promotion and campaign results — such as redemption, cost, and player response — and share what’s working and what isn’t. • Support A/B tests and offer personalization initiatives by executing assigned tasks accurately and flagging results to the broader team. Cross-Functional • Build familiarity with our promotions and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Braze) and begin developing hands-on expertise in their capabilities. • Coordinate routine requests with Creative and Customer Support teams, communicating status and escalating issues to your manager rather than letting them go unaddressed. • Maintain availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity. What are we looking for? We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented self-starter who is excited to build a career in online gaming. You don’t need to have all the answers on day one — you need to ask great questions, care deeply about getting things right, and bring energy to a fast-moving team. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Entry-level to 2 years of experience in promotions, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field. Online gaming or sportsbook experience is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) — hands-on experience is a bonus; a willingness to learn fast is a must. • Comfort working with numbers — basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and an interest in understanding offer costs, budgets, and results. • Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they go live and take quality seriously. • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking clarifying questions and flagging blockers early. • Ability to stay organized and manage your time across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A genuine curiosity about players — you think about the experience on the other side of the offers you build. • Team player who collaborates well and supports peers; no job is too small when the team needs it. • Availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity.   What’s in it for you? We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include: • Competitive pay and benefits • Retirement benefits • Employee Discounts • Advancement opportunities • Start-up culture backed by a secure, globally recognized brand. • Opportunity to drive a best-in-class customer experience for the Hard Rock Digital community   Roster of Uniques We care deeply about every interaction our customers have with us, and trust and empower our staff to own and drive their experience.
