We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong confidence on calls, and the ability to generate leads and book meetings with US prospects. The role involves cold calling, outreach, email follow-ups, CRM updates, and AI-guided conversations that keep every call sharp, natural, and on-message. VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor — a product family that lets organizations search, analyze, redact, and act on unstructured data, treating video, audio, images, documents, and text as equal first-class sources. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy, much of it on premises, air-gapped, or in FedRAMP High environments on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture. We're an independent software vendor: we build and support the platform, and a global network of channel partners sells, deploys, and supports it for their own clients — which is why the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than running a direct sales funnel. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner and a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and buyable through GSA, Carahsoft, and state/cooperative contract vehicles. Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations. • Use AI-guided conversation tools to prepare for calls, handle objections, and keep every conversation natural and on-brand — you bring the judgment, the tools help you prep. • Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM-based prospecting. • Qualify leads, run initial discovery, and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. • Follow up consistently by phone and email to move prospects through the pipeline. • Manage and update the CRM accurately, ensuring clean data and visible next steps. • Meet weekly and monthly call volume, lead generation, and meeting-booking targets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS, Engineering, or any relevant field. • Exceptional verbal English communication skills — clear, confident, and easily understood by US-based prospects. • 2-3 years of Prior experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales is a strong plus. • Ability and willingness to work in eastern timezone. • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to prepare for and guide live conversations. • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo (preferred). • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls — required for all remote applicants, wherever you're based. • Resilient, upbeat, and comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls. • Must be legally authorized to work in the region of employment. Essential Skills: The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, listens well, and can adapt an AI-suggested talk track into a natural, human conversation rather than reading it verbatim. Proficiency with AI productivity tools — including regular use of platforms like Claude — is expected to sharpen call prep, follow-up, and efficiency. An ownership mindset and the drive to hit lead-generation and closing targets with minimal supervision are essential. Compensation includes performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and closing rate. VIDIZMO is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome candidates to apply from all around the world as it's a remote opportunity. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
