About High Scale We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do. Our 160-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset who can break through the noise, open doors at major brands, and fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities. Why This Role Matters Tenacity, persuasion, and velocity are your playground. As an SDR, you are the tip of the spear for our revenue team. You are the first human interaction a potential client has with High Scale, and you set the tone for the entire relationship. You aren't just "dialing for dollars"; you are identifying problems and offering solutions to CMOs and VPs of Marketing. Your ability to articulate value, handle objections, and book qualified meetings directly fuels our growth engine. If you are competitive, resilient, and looking to fast-track your career in high-ticket sales, this is your launchpad. What You’ll Do • Execute High-Volume Outbound • Relentlessly hunt for new business via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn/Twitter). • execute 50+ touchpoints daily to engage decision-makers at DTC brands, engaging them on their pain points (creative fatigue, scaling ad spend). • Qualify & Book Meetings • conduct discovery calls to vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You are the gatekeeper—you only pass quality opportunities to the Account Executives. • Master the "pitch." You will articulate High Scale’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly to book demo calls. • Strategic Account Mapping • Work closely with Sales VAs to identify key stakeholders within target organizations. • monitor buy signals (e.g., a brand just raised Series B funding, or they are running outdated ads) to time your outreach perfectly. • Iterate & Optimize • Track your metrics (dials, open rates, conversion rates) in our CRM. • A/B test your email subject lines and call scripts to constantly improve your success rate. Who You Are • A Hunter • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or Agency experience is a plus). • You have a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas. You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go get them. • Resilient & Competitive • You have thick skin. Rejection motivates you to dial the next number. • You are competitive with yourself and others—you want to be at the top of the leaderboard. • Excellent Communicator • Native or Near-Native English proficiency is required. You must be able to hold a fluid, professional, and persuasive conversation with US-based executives over the phone. • You are a great listener—you listen for pain points, not just for a pause to speak. • Coachability • You crave feedback. You record your calls and listen back to them to see where you can improve. • You adopt new tools and sales methodologies quickly. Perks & Benefits • Growth Opportunities: Clear path to becoming an Account Executive (AE) or Sales Manager. • Relentless Innovation Culture: Move fast, test constantly, and collaborate with some of the most creative minds in social media and video production. High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and believe it’s key to building teams that change the world—one closed deal at a time. Originally posted on Himalayas
