Maybe you call yourself a People Experience Professional, an HR Generalist, a People Ops Wizard, a “who-owns-this-process?” specialist… or maybe you just call yourself Jamie. Whatever you call yourself: you'll shape how our Heroes experience working at All Your BI, from the first day to the last, and make sure our people cycles run smoothly. The result is processes people understand, trust and actually use.  What you get  • A salary of €70,650–€92,000, including holiday allowance, based on your experience. • €5,000 a year for your own growth, with a real say in how you spend it.  • 25 vacation days + the option to buy up to 10 more + local public holidays + the option of a sabbatical up to 4 months. • Two trips abroad a year with the whole team + occasional drinks and team outings.  • €500 home-office budget and a great laptop.  • A well-earned "Hey, well done Buddy!" now and then. • Remote-first, within the Netherlands.  About us  All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. Since 2019, we've grown from a boutique consultancy into an international data team of more than 60 data heroes spread across Europe. We deliver managed BI services for logistics and industrial companies, helping reduce data waste and move businesses forward. We live for the WOW moment, that sparkle in users' eyes when they gain new insights and discover opportunities.  What the job looks like  • Join our People & Culture team, collaborating with our P&C specialists and reporting directly to the Head of HR. • Shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and own how performance and reward work in practice for the people using them. • Run the people cycles: performance and talent reviews, goals, surveys and recognition. You own the calendar and coordination, so everyone knows their part. • Brief Internal Communications: they create the content, you provide the context and accurate process details.  • Keep the records, documents and deadlines around absence, performance reviews and improvement plans in order. The People Partner leads the case; you cover for the People Operations Lead where agreed.  • Turn survey feedback into practical improvements, keep the Employee Handbook current with People Operations, and simplify with automation and AI, with your judgment on top.    What you bring  • Attitude and experience: warmth, energy and curiosity, plus a sense of humour. You care about doing good work and enjoy the people you do it with.  • Employee journeys and People & Culture programmes: You have at least 3 years' experience working in an HR function, and you've delivered employee journeys and People & Culture programmes in a scale-up, building and improving people processes while the business kept growing and changing. You can explain what you owned, how you made it work and what improved. • Ownership and pace: you turn a messy brief into a clear plan and see it through. You make progress without every answer upfront, adapt when priorities shift, and flag when a trade-off is needed.  • Collaboration and judgment: you bring people together, make clear requests and hold colleagues to agreed commitments. You pay attention to detail, make a call, explain your reasoning and recognise when specialist advice is needed. • Dutch employment practice: you have a working knowledge of Dutch employment procedures, including the Wet verbetering poortwachter, and handle sensitive information with care. • People systems, data, automation and AI: you use the tools, check the output and take responsibility for what you deliver.  • Language: strong English. Dutch is not required.  • Nice to have: another European language.  We're a growing team across Europe, and we hire to widen that mix, not narrow it. What matters is what you can do and the perspective you bring, not your age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, disability, background, or where you studied. If the role excites you and you bring most of it, apply: the people who add the most rarely tick every box.
