A growing, well-respected gastroenterology practice with three physicians, three nurse practitioners, and a five-person front desk team is seeking an experienced Office Manager. This person will oversee daily office operations, support the front desk team, and keep patient scheduling, insurance verification, and authorizations on track. The practice offers a paid one-hour lunch break and flexibility when personal scheduling needs arise. Qualifications • Previous experience in a medical office, including staff supervision or office operations. • Strong understanding of patient scheduling, insurance coverage, billing processes, and prior authorizations. • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Gastroenterology practice experience is highly preferred; primary care experience is also relevant. • Experience with MD Land is a plus, but training is available.
