As shareholders in the company, we’re more than just communicators—we’re innovators shaping the future together. We are Unifones. Join us and be part of something extraordinary! Meet the team! The Professional Services team accelerates adoption of Unifonic’s AI‑driven CX platform by embedding AI across customer journeys, marketing, and contact centers to drive faster time‑to‑value, measurable outcomes, and long‑term platform adoption. As a Senior Forward‑Deployed Engineer, you will be working directly with enterprise customers, translating business outcomes into running software, and shipping production‑grade integrations and reusable workflows that embed Unifonic into core systems. You will lead the scope to build from hyper‑care to stabilization to expansion, then ensure a clean handover to Support or Transition. You will favor connector‑first delivery and thin services for reusable, cost‑aware solutions.
