What We Are Looking For Minimum Requirements: • 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal Engineer capacity architecting high-scale web platforms or distributed services. • Hands-On Agentic AI Depth: Practical experience designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in production (utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent architectures, alongside structured tool/function calling and RAG). • Modern Web Mastery: Deep expertise across TypeScript/JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js), and backend services built with Node.js or Python. • Web Systems & Cloud Infrastructure: Strong grasp of modern rendering paradigms (SSR, SSG, ISR), CDN/edge platforms (e.g., Cloudflare, CloudFront), REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Terraform). • Pragmatic Partner: Exceptional ability to collaborate across engineering management, product, and non-technical marketing stakeholders, breaking down ambiguous goals into actionable technical plans. Preferred Requirements: • Prior experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) space, including headless/decoupled CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity), A/B testing engines, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Practical experience integrating enterprise CRMs, marketing automation engines, and data pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment). • Familiarity with international data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), accessibility standards (WCAG), and enterprise compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2).
