This role serves as the primary operations representative for technology, architecture, and transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices. • The Solution Manager partners closely with Strategy, Business Stakeholders, Technology, Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, evaluate solution alternatives, define business and operational requirements, and guide successful implementation of business capabilities that drive operational excellence and long-term value. The role also provides consultation and subject matter expertise during production incidents impacting operational processes and technologies. • The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and a process improvement mind-set with the ability to strongly challenge processes and drive optimization.
