Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable client-facing product role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Clear communicator with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g., Scrum). • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
