We all have friends, people we studied with, and teammates from previous jobs who are talented team players or simply get things done. We see it as best to let you recommend people you have already worked with and are happy to work with again. It would be awesome if you could recommend VirtusLab to your friends because you like the company culture and atmosphere, which we constantly try to develop and improve. We are sure this is your best motivation to encourage others to join VirtusLab, and the financial reward is only an addition. Even though you didn’t find a fitting position for a friend or a colleague, something might soon come. Leave your colleague's CV, and we will let you know if we open a position which suits your referral. Requirements We don't expect a referred person to be an expert in everything, but be curious, ambitious, diligent, and willing to learn. Originally posted on Himalayas
