What You’ll Do • Define and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business goals. • Lead continuous product discovery by identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and rapidly testing hypotheses • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to bring products from concept to launch, and drive successful customer adoption. • Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle—from customer research and synthesis to prototyping, prioritization, and product delivery—to accelerate outcomes. • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and harmonized data models to reduce customer effort and enable more intelligent risk management workflows. • Define success metrics, measure customer outcomes, and use data to continuously improve the product. What You’ll Bring • Experience building AI-powered products or integrating generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation into customer experiences. • Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance your own product management practice • A builder’s mindset—you enjoy exploring emerging technologies, experimenting with new ideas, and learning quickly through customer feedback. • Experience designing or managing products that surface insights and guide action (not just dashboards). • Experience building and launching successful B2B products; experience in GRC, Third-Party Risk Management, or analytics-driven enterprise software is a plus. Why This Role Matters Bitsight is evolving from delivering risk data to delivering intelligent, actionable guidance.
