Location: REMOTE 100% | Type: Full-Time (EST/PST) Expected Earnings: (Base = $1500 to $2000 + Uncapped Bonuses/Commissions) The Mission Are you a relentless prospector who thrives on high-volume activity and high-reward outcomes? We are looking for a disciplined Sales Development Representative to join a dual-track role. You will split your time between an established client and our internal business, leveraging the industry’s most advanced AI-intent data and multi-line dialing tech. This isn't just a "calling job." You will be personally mentored and coached daily by our founder to master the art of elite outbound sales. Why This is a Top-Tier Opportunity: • Warm Lead Ecosystem: No "dialing into the void." You’ll have access to real-time intent data, website visitor captures, and positive-reply email/LinkedIn leads. • Cutting-Edge Tech: Use a premier multi-line dialer with an industry-leading 7% connect rate. • Direct Mentorship: Daily 1-on-1 coaching and AI-driven roleplay to sharpen your skills. • Uncapped Upside: A guaranteed base salary plus $50 bonuses per appointment and 2.5% gross commissions on closed deals. What Your Day Looks Like: • 6 Hours of Focused Prospecting: Utilizing a parallel dialer (targeting 150+ dials per hour) to connect with high-intent buyers. • 2 Hours of Strategic Follow-up: Engaging prospects via LinkedIn, email, and SMS to ensure a high "show rate." • Daily Growth: 1 hour of focused AI-outbound roleplay to perfect your pitch. • The Goal: Averaging 2+ Sales Qualified Appointments (SQAs) per day. What You Bring to the Table: • English Fluency: 8/10 or higher (verbal and written). • Discipline: You love the "uninterrupted flow" of a high-volume prospecting block. • Technical Setup: Windows 11, 16GB RAM, SSD, and high-speed internet (>100Mbps Down / >50Mbps Up). • Hardware: Professional wireless Bluetooth headset. • Mindset: A competitive spirit (we’ll ask for your DISC profile results during the process!).
