Required Skills: • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or learning and development. • Prior experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in software or technology sales. • Strong facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience leading interactive training that engages participants and encourages active learning. • Experience designing and developing instructor-led and digital learning experiences. • Experience supporting sales onboarding programs and certifications. • Solid understanding of consultative selling and familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPICED, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks. • Ability to provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to sales professionals. • Experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, Consensus, DOCK, or similar tools. • Experience with content development tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, HeyGen, Clipchamp, or similar platforms. • Practical experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build credibility with sales teams and leaders. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
