About our Venture Model Build your own company together with a venture fund We are a venture fund and venture builder, co-creating new companies together with experienced founders. This is not a traditional job application. This is an open call for founders who: • already have a strong idea, • are shaping a clear thesis, • or are looking for the right partner to build a company from zero. Our model is simple: Opportunity to co-found a new company together with a venture fund that becomes a strategic shareholder and long-term partner, providing initial funding in exchange for founder equity, venture building support, and reduced early-stage risk. What co-creating a company with us really means By building a company together with our venture fund, you gain: Initial funding in exchange for equity We provide pre-seed capital from day one to: • validate your idea, • build the MVP, • reach early Product–Market Fit, • start sales • and prepare the company for further investment rounds. You do not need to raise capital before you can start building. A strategic shareholder, not a passive investor We do not only invest capital. We become an active co-founder and long-term shareholder, supporting you in: • company strategy and positioning, • product and technology decisions, • hiring the first team, • fundraising preparation and investor communication, • governance and company structure. You build the company with full founder responsibility, with an experienced institutional partner at your side. Lower personal financial risk at the earliest stage Unlike classic bootstrapping or pure equity-only founding: • you receive stable remuneration while building the company, • you keep significant equity, • you can focus on building rather than surviving. This allows you to take bold risks without personal financial instability. Access to a full venture building platform From the first week, you get access to: • legal setup and incorporation, • finance, accounting, and reporting, • HR and hiring support, • product, design, and engineering resources, • fundraising and investor network. You focus on building the company - we remove the operational friction. Faster path from idea to real company We help you: • validate your idea with real customers, • incorporate quickly and correctly, with proper corporate governance • move from idea to functioning startup in weeks/months, not years. Speed matters in early-stage ventures. We optimise for it. Credibility for future fundraising Being backed by an established venture fund gives you: • higher credibility with angels and VCs, • easier access to follow-on funding, • better documentation and materials, • stronger signalling in competitive markets. We actively prepare you for the next funding rounds. Founder autonomy with strong institutional support You remain a true founder: • you define the vision, • you lead the company, • you build the team, • you own significant equity. At the same time, you are not alone. You build with a partner who has already built and funded multiple ventures. Who this model is for This open call is for people who: • Have a strong startup idea or thesis they want to build a company around. • Have a proven track record in startups or early-stage ventures. • Have already built product PMF, 0→1 technology, or 0→1 revenue. • Want to be a true founder, not an employee. • Are ready to take full responsibility for building a company. Typical profiles: • CEO / CPO with a product-driven idea, • CTO / VP Engineering with a strong technical vision, • CRO / Business founder with a market thesis and sales edge. What happens next Our process is designed to evaluate both: • the founder, • and the idea. Typical steps: • Intro conversation (founder + venture partner) • Deep dive into your idea/thesis • Joint validation plan • Agreement on venture scope, equity, and funding • Company creation and build phase Apply as a Founder. Bring your idea. Let’s build a company together. Originally posted on Himalayas
