About the job

We are looking for a UX/Product Design Intern to join our design team in Mexico City and help shape the next generation of digital customer-support experiences. You’ll work alongside UX designers, product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams on experiences spanning Customer Support, conversational and chat-based assistants, and emerging Generative AI tools. This isn't a role where you'll only produce wireframes. We're looking for someone who enjoys exploring how an experience works end-to-end, from understanding a customer problem and designing the interaction in Figma, to creating realistic prototypes and collaborating with engineers on how those experiences translate into working products. If you're excited by the intersection of UX, design systems, front-end technology, conversational interfaces, and AI, we'd love to hear from you.
