About WPP Indonesia  With a population of 260 million, Indonesia is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic markets in the world. Rising consumer disposable income has put Indonesia firmly on the radar for MNCs seeking to invest in emerging markets.  Terrestrial TV still dominates the Indonesian media landscape, accounting for 65% of total ad spend — but digital is entering a period of exponential growth. Around 170 million Indonesians are online, and more than 70% access the internet via mobile. The scale of opportunity to transform this media landscape is unprecedented in the APAC region.  We're looking for entrepreneurial, diligent people to join us on this journey — building impactful solutions for the next era of media.  About the Role  We're looking for a commercially-savvy, entrepreneurial media leader to take ownership of an existing client portfolio — with a clear mandate to grow it. This is not a maintenance role. You'll be accountable for deepening client relationships, expanding scope of work, and converting strong delivery into incremental revenue.  What You'll Own  • End-to-end leadership of the existing business portfolio, with a growth target attached  • Translating brand priorities into commercially successful cross-platform campaigns  • Full-funnel ownership (upper → mid → lower), planned as one brand ecosystem — not siloed activations  • Identifying and converting organic growth opportunities within current accounts (scope expansion, new brands, new services)  • Driving alignment across planning, media, commerce, advocacy and data  • Senior partnership with client stakeholders, including commercial negotiation and renewal  How You'll Work  Lead and integrate teams across:  • Brand & Communications Planning  • E-commerce Planning  • Advocacy / Creator Content  • Biddable Media Execution  • Data & Reporting  How You'll Work  Lead and integrate teams across:  • Brand & Communications Planning  • E-commerce Planning  • Advocacy / Creator Content  • Biddable Media Execution  • Data & Reporting  Set a clear operating rhythm:  • Weekly WIPs (funnel health & priorities)  • Monthly business reviews (commercial + performance)  • Quarterly strategic reviews and forward plans  Ensure planning decisions drive execution — not the other way around.  What Success Looks Like  • Portfolio revenue and scope growth, year over year  • Brands planned and executed as one connected system, not in silos  • Fewer fragmented campaigns, stronger reach, clearer storytelling  • Tighter planning–execution linkage translating directly into commercial outcomes  • Teams operating with clarity, speed and shared accountability  • Clients who see you as a growth partner, not a vendor  Who You Are • 10–15 years' experience in media, planning, or client leadership roles  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts — not just retaining them  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media and commerce dynamics  • Commercially sharp: comfortable owning revenue targets and negotiating scope/value with senior clients  • Structured operator who can run a matrixed team without direct reporting lines  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments  • Strong written and verbal communication — able to build and defend a commercial narrative with clients and internally  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus Why This Role  This is a business leadership role, not a functional planning seat. You'll take a portfolio that already exists and make it bigger — through integration, commercial discipline, and stronger client partnership.  If you're excited by ownership, growth, and turning good delivery into bigger business — we'd like to hear from you.
