Partner with Legal to review and redline vendor contracts. • Optimize technology spend: Conduct total cost of ownership analyses, evaluate licensing models, and identify savings opportunities through vendor consolidation, rate optimization, and license rationalization. • Manage contracts and renewals: Maintain accurate contract records, licensing entitlements, and renewal schedules while proactively managing contract renewals and true-ups. • Support global procurement operations: Serve as the primary procurement partner for IT stakeholders across the US, EMEA, and APAC, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Security to support procurement decisions. • Maintain procurement compliance: Support purchase requisitions, invoice resolution, and Enterprise Technology purchasing cards, including spend monitoring, reconciliation, and adherence to procurement policies and approval requirements. • Improve procurement processes: Contribute to improvements in sourcing workflows, procurement reporting, contract management, and purchasing processes to increase efficiency and transparency. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or technology contract management, including enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, or IT services. • Strong understanding of enterprise technology categories and the ability to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies. • Demonstrated success negotiating technology agreements and delivering measurable cost savings and favorable commercial terms. • Experience reviewing technology contracts, including MSAs, SaaS and licensing agreements, SLAs, DPAs, and proof-of-concept agreements, in partnership with Legal. • Strong analytical capabilities, including total cost of ownership modeling, spend analysis, and business case development. • Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes, procurement and contract management platforms, and SaaS management tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives independently across global teams.
