You will inherit an established operational foundation and help evolve the role into a more proactive, sales-focused motion that drives greater visibility, adoption, and revenue impact across the SMB segment. Your close partners will include Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and other Product Adoption team members. You will help define which products and solutions matter most for SMB, build the reporting and insight cadence that gives SMB a stronger voice, and create the training, programs, and partner motions needed to drive adoption at scale. You will also play a key role in surfacing actionable market feedback to inform go-to-market and product direction. This role is required to be based in New York or Chicago. Why Join Reddit’s Product Adoption Team? • Innovative environment: Be part of a high-impact team helping shape how Reddit scales product adoption across one of its most important growth segments. • Career growth: This is an opportunity to step into a strategic role with visibility across Sales, PMM, Product, and Strategy & Ops, while helping define how SMB product adoption evolves at Reddit. • Collaborative culture: Join a thoughtful, highly cross-functional team that values smart ideas, strong execution, and shared success.
