Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE As our HR Business Process Excellence Leader, you will architect the scalable operational foundation for HR before processes run at scale. You will define end-to-end process standards, build continuous improvement capability across all HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and create repeatable playbooks for M&A integrations and global expansions. Partnering closely with HR leadership, Global Shared Services, and cross-functional teams, your design choices become the foundational blueprint that powers Everpure’s global talent model. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Define End-to-End Process Standards: Architect cross-functional HR workflows, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and governance standards for emerging and unmapped activities to ensure operational excellence prior to global execution. • Embed Human-Centered Process Design: Conduct discovery, employee journey mapping, stakeholder research, and rapid prototyping to deliver seamless employee and manager experiences before scaling solutions. • Drive Organization-Wide Capability Building: Establish coaching pathways, playbooks, and self-service toolkits to train HR COE teams in Lean Six Sigma and modern process improvement methodologies. • Govern Cross-Functional HR Change: Define systemic change guardrails, review criteria, and sign-off protocols to eliminate operational friction and align multi-team initiatives prior to rollout. • Scale M&A and Global Expansion Playbooks: Lead process due diligence, process harmonization, and audit readiness for acquisitions and new legal entity launches worldwide. WHAT YOU BRING • Proven track record of personally leading complex, end-to-end process redesigns that delivered measurable business impact and operational efficiency. • Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, design thinking, journey mapping, and quantitative process analytics. • Demonstrated experience coaching and upskilling multi-disciplinary HR or operational teams in continuous improvement techniques. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a history of establishing governance guardrails and driving alignment across senior leadership. • Hands-on experience with M&A diligence, HR process harmonization, or legal entity entity/geographical expansion playbooks. • Familiarity with modern enterprise HR tech stacks, including HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR service delivery systems (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD). • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE   Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
