ABOUT US Axle Health builds AI scheduling and workforce management software to empower in-home healthcare providers to deliver exceptional, personalized care right where patients feel most comfortable—at home. Some of the biggest providers in the country use our software (like Cityblock Health and U Penn Health System) to improve the utilization of their field teams by 17%+, and automate the operational burden of scheduling and dispatching. Our platform includes proprietary logistics algorithms to optimize scheduling, a mobile app for field staff, an operations dashboard for office teams, engagement and booking tools for patients, and a wide range of integrations and external APIs for modular access. We’re a team of top-tier engineers and operators, backed by $14m from top investors such as Y Combinator, Pear VC, and F-Prime, applying our intellect and logistics experience to upend how home healthcare is delivered. ABOUT YOU - THE ROLE Axle Health builds AI-powered scheduling and workforce management software for home health organizations. Getting customers live, configured, and seeing value is one of the most important problems in the business. As a Senior Delivery Manager on our Professional Services team, you'll own customer implementations end to end, turning requirements into a configured, tested, launch-ready product. You'll report to our Head of Professional Services. You're a hands-on operator who leads with customers, configures the platform yourself, and makes the call on priority tradeoffs when something doesn't go to plan. You think like a product owner as much as a delivery owner, and you improve the processes you work in so each implementation runs smoother than the last. You've owned complex implementations end to end in B2B SaaS and know how to get a customer from signed to live without losing track of requirements. You're ready to run several implementations at once on a growing delivery team at a Series A startup. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Requirements and Workflow Translation: Partner with customers to uncover, document, and improve their workflows, then translate them into clear configuration and integration requirements - Project and Timeline Management: Own the implementation timeline and milestones, keeping work sequenced and visible to customers and internal stakeholders, and track dependencies across concurrent implementations - Account Configuration: Configure the customer's environment to match requirements, making backlog and priority tradeoffs as issues surface - Integration Scoping and Sequencing: Define integration requirements and sequence build work against dependencies so nothing blocks go live - Testing and Validation: Design and run UAT so issues surface before go live, not after - Go-Live Readiness: Own the go or no go checklist and drive it to completion - Customer Stakeholder Management: Serve as the customer's primary implementation point of contact throughout the build, keeping them informed and aligned - Cross-Functional Handoffs: Keep implementation context flowing between Sales, Product, and Engineering, and flag product gaps early when they could block go live - Self-Service Identification: Spot recurring configuration work that needs engineering support and turn it into enhancement requests that move implementation toward self-service REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVES - 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or technical project management in B2B SaaS implementation or services, with end-to-end ownership of complex builds - Has been the single accountable owner of implementations from requirements through go live, without a separate project manager - Has run multiple implementations in parallel, managing timelines, dependencies, and shared resources so no build blocks another - Turns ambiguous customer conversations into clear, buildable configuration and integration specs - Hands-on configuration experience, not only oversight of others who configure - Demonstrated product thinking: has made or influenced backlog and priority tradeoffs during a live implementation - Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical customer contacts under go-live pressure - Experience at an early or growth stage startup NICE TO HAVES - SQL experience, including writing queries that pull, join, and aggregate data across multiple relational sources - Healthcare, logistics, workforce management, or field operations vertical experience - Experience designing UAT and testing frameworks - Exposure to EHR or complex third-party integrations - Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate documentation, configuration, or troubleshooting WHAT WE OFFER In addition to offering a competitive salary and equity, we want to ensure every team member has the tools they need to work to the best of their ability.
