What We Need We are seeking a Director, Product Marketing to help shape and drive the global product marketing strategy for a new IP from 31st Union that will build from development through launch and live service title. This is a senior leadership role within a growing Marketing team at 2K. You will connect consumer insight, product strategy, market dynamics, and business priorities to help ensure new IP delivers an experience players understand, value, and choose to invest their time in. You will work closely with 31st Union's Development team, Product, Creative, and other publishing partners to ensure our player promise is not simply something we communicate, it is something players experience in the game and see consistently represented through our campaigns, creative assets, and go-to-market execution. You bring deep fluency in games, player behavior, and live service. You understand how game systems, progression, competition, social dynamics, and content shape player motivation, and how those experiences connect to acquisition, engagement, retention, community, and lifecycle. You know that launch is just the beginning, and what it takes to build a healthy, enduring player base over time. Success in this role means creating clarity where there is ambiguity, anticipating challenges before they become problems, developing the people around you, and consistently raising the quality of both our thinking and execution. This role is required to work in a hybrid work environment (work onsite 3 days a week) out of our Los Angeles CA, Novato CA or Seattle, WA office locations.
